ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
PATTERSON, Presiding Judge.
Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Brown, 581 So.2d 436 (Ala.1991), the judgment is reversed and the case is remanded.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
