¶ 1. This' is a consolidated appeal stemming from two separate, yet related, PCR motions filed by C.D. Pickle Jr., based on the same, conviction, in the Leflore County Circuit Court. Pickle appeals the circuit court’s dismissal of his PCR motion, on remand from this Court, in cause number 2015-CP-00298-COA. He raises two issues: (1) whether the circuit court erred in applying a procedural bar to his PCR claim, as to the issue of the sufficiency of the evidence, after this Court had previously reversed the circuit court’s finding that his motion was a successive writ…
