Plaintiff, Central Production Credit Association (CPCA), appeals from the trial court’s denial of its motion for judgment n.o.v. or, in the alternative, for a new trial on count I of its complaint and the court’s entry of a directed verdict for $18,512 in favor of CPCA on count II.
