—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent Director of Special Housing Units which found petitioner guilty of violating a prison disciplinary rule.

Petitioner, a prison inmate, was involved in an incident in which he made racist accusations regarding the grievance procedure and the grievance coordinator in the presence of a group of inmates and encouraged them to chant "we’re with you”.
