OPINION

BRETT, Judge:

The appellant, Larry Dale Peninger, was charged by information in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-83-246, with the crimes of Kidnapping, Oral Sodomy, Anal Sodomy, and First Degree Rape. He was convicted on each count and sentenced respectively to ten (10) years’; twenty (20) years’; twenty (20) years’; and, seventy-five (75) years’. The trial court set the sentences to run consecutively in addition to assessing a $500 payment on each count to the Victim’s Compensation Fund within one year of the de fendant’s release from prison.
