Petitioner Luis Matamoros, the plaintiff below, seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the circuit court to adjudicate his motion for rehearing, filed on June 25, 2013. In the alternative, Matamoros seeks cer-tiorari review of the trial court’s April 6, 2015 order in which the trial court determined that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to adjudicate his June 25, 2013 motion for rehearing.
