This case is before the Court upon a writ of error and supersedeas to the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mercer County in an eminent domain proceeding instituted by United Fuel Gas Company, as the plaintiff, against George Huffman and the other heirs of W. K. Huffman, as the defendants.
