In an action brought to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff’s intestate, when struck by the automobile of defendant Markoff, and for negligence resulting in death, judgment in favor of plaintiff modified by striking therefrom the allowance of interest on the verdict, and as so modified unanimously affirmed, without costs. The issue raised by the second cause of action, as to whether death was caused by the injuries sustained in the accident, presented, under the evidence, a question for the jury.
