The instant action is a bankruptcy appeal from the March 8, 2001 Order Granting Applications for Allowance of Final Commissions, Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses (the “Fee Order”) entered by Judge Carla E. Craig of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Appellant, Scott Frostbaum (“Frostbaum”), was one of several credi tors in the underlying bankruptcy case. Appellee, Martin P.
