In 1921 the appellant and defendant below, Gr. C. Honaker, and the appellee and plaintiff below, Victoria Honaker, were married. At that time plaintiff lived with her father at Conlwood, Virginia, her mother being dead. The couple bought some additional furniture and moved into the residence of plaintiff’s father and resided there for some time, when defendant purchased a restaurant in Pikeville, Kentucky, and his wife soon followed him and assisted him in the running of it.
