This is an action of ejectment to recover the possession of certain mining ground situated in Yreka mining district, Shoshone county, Idaho, and for damages. It was brought against several defendants, corporations and individuals. The writ of error to this court, however, only involves questions in dispute between the Tyler Mining Compa,ny, plaintiff in the court below', and plaintiff in error here, and the Last Chance Mining Company, defendant.
