PUBLISHED OPINION OF THE COURT
SPERANZA, Judge:
A military judge sitting alone as a special court-martial convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of two specifications of abusive sexual contact in violation of Article 120, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 920. The military judge acquitted Appellant of one specification of assault consummated by a battery under Article 128, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 928. At the request of the Defense, the military judge issued special findings under Rule for Courts-Martial (R.C.M.) 918(b).
