GLADIS, Senior Judge:

The accused was convicted at a general court-martial bench trial, pursuant to his pleas of guilty entered in accordance with a pretrial agreement, of housebreaking and indecent assault, in violation of Articles 130 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 930 and 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 12 months, forfeiture of $275.00 per month for 12 months, and reduction to pay grade E-l. The convening authority reduced the forfeitures to $275.00 per month for 5 months and otherwise approved the sentence, but…
