Laura May Hitchens, the wife of Herbert Henry Hitch-ens, entered into a separation agreement with him on June 11, 1928, whereby he agreed, among other things, to pay her, as “permanent alimony”, the sum of $50 per month until January 1, 1929, and thereafter the sum of $65 per month, until the estate of John H.
