This case involves the sixty-acre Gloucester Environmental Management Services, Inc. (“GEMS”) Landfill, a federal Superfund hazardous waste site, located in Gloucester Township, Camden County, New Jersey, which remains under this Court’s supervision as a thirty-year re medial program is underway.
