This appeal is from the judgment and' decree of the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Oklahoma in an action brought by the United States of America against the Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, arising out of the following described situation: May 25, 1918, the United States, appellant here, made a contract with the Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company, appellee, by the terms of which appellee was to furnish to appellant at Ft.
