This appeal is from the dismissal of a petition that was filed July 26, 1940, and had for its ultimate object the review of the first and final account of the executors of Louisa Breyer, who died June 29, 1912, the account having been confirmed absolutely December 20, 1913. We need not discuss seriatim the assignments of error which occupy 56 pages of appellant’s brief; to do so would unduly and unnecessarily prolong this opinion; we have considered the controlling issue presented by the appeal.
