ORDER

Glenn Turner, a prisoner at the Wisconsin Secure Program facility in Boscobel, appeals the grant of summary judgment against him in the suit asserting deliberate indifference by a prison doctor and nurse who he says refused to treat his h. pylori infection between 2005 and 2007. See 42 U.S.C. § 1988. We affirm.
