DECISION ON OBJECTIONS TO DISCHARGE AND DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

The Chapter 7 trustee and the debtors’ former landlord, Maurice Baer, have jointly moved to deny the debtors’ discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727. Additionally, the debtors’ former landlord has moved under 11 U.S.C. § 523(c) to have a business rent claim held nondischargeable because the debtors allegedly misappropriated a bond that was deposited as security for rent for commercial premises leased to the debtors’ business.
