The General Electric Company (“GE”) appeals from an award of attorneys’ fees to a “whistleblower” who brought a qui tam action against the company. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the constitutionality of the federal qui tam laws; we reverse the district court’s decision to deny GE access to portions of a deposition that was taken in camera; and, while generally affirming the award of attorneys’ fees, we remand the matter to the district…
