Affirming in part and reversing in part.

Tbe opinion construes a portion of tbe Labor Scrip Law, section 4758b-l, Kentucky Statutes.

Tbe appellee, Johnson Drug Company, acquired a considerable, amount of scrip issued by tbe appellant, Carrs Fork Coal Company, to its employees As provided in tbe statute, it presented tbe scrip for redemption on regular pay days of tbe company, as follows: On October 14, 1930, an aggregate o£ $2,464.27; on May 23, 1931, an amount of $923.15; and on August 8, 1931, a total of $1,312.
