MEMORANDUM ’ AND ORDER SUPPRESSING ILLEGALLY SEIZED EVIDENCE

COLLINSON, District Judge.

This defendant is charged by information with the possession of a small quantity (less than 10 grams) of amphetamine. The amphetamine was discovered in a warrantless search by a government agent of an attache case which the defendant was carrying as he started to board a TWA flight at the Kansas City-Municipal Airport.
