Pitman, M.D., and Taylor, Pitman & Eule Radiology Professional Associates, P.A., (collectively the “defendants”) appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Brennan, J.) concluding that the defendants were unjustly enriched by a refund of insurance charges and ordering Pitman and Mark M. Eule, M.D. 1 to share the refund equally with former stockholders, Lawrence A. Nadeau, M.D., and Richard W. Taylor, M.D. (collectively the “plaintiffs”).
