ORDER ON UCC MOTION TO STAY STATE COURT LITIGATION
BURTON PERLMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the court is a motion by the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (“UCC”) which has alternative objectives. Both objectives seek relief with regard to litigation currently pending in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas captioned Stelter et al. v. Swallen et al., Case No. A-96-01477 (hereafter “the Stelter litigation”).
