JOHNSON, J,

|, Defendant, Simon Shokr, appeals his convictions for. aggravated rape, sexual battery and indecent behavior with a juvenile on the basis, there was insufficient evidence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Defendant was indicted by a grand jury on February 28, 2013 and charged with one count of aggravated rape of a minor under the age of 13, in violation of La. R.S. 14:421 (count one); one count of sexual battery upon a minor under the age of 13, in violation of La. R.S. 14:43.1 (count two); and one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile, in violation of La. R.S. 14:81…
