This is an appeal by contestant from a decree admitting an alleged lost or destroyed will to probate.

Martha Metzger Dean died on or about January 30, 1942. A will dated January 27, 1942 was admitted to probate. Virginia Lindsay, deceased’s sister, and Dr. Lloyd E. Dean, deceased’s husband, qualified as executors. July 8, 1942, Frances Lindsay, daughter of Virginia Lindsay, filed a petition for the probate of an alleged lost or destroyed will and codicil thereto.
