This is an appeal from a judgment and order of the Circuit Court of Jasper County entered July 1,1975, denying movant-appel-lant’s motion to vacate judgment and sentence under Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. Appellant had been sentenced to life imprisonment in 1967 for first-degree murder.
