SEITZ, Chief Judge.

Appeal is taken here, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 (1970), from an order of the district court for the Western District of Pennsylvania approving settlement of a class suit and dismissing the complaint with prejudice. The suit was filed on behalf of women presently or formerly employed at the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company’s Creighton plant.
