OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

Appellant Livio Ramirez appeals his conviction for interference with a police officer making a lawful arrest, Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-305 (1990), a class B misdemeanor. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

At approximately 2 a.m. on May 19,1990, police officers Rowley and Bigelow, on patrol, received a radio call to back up Officer Smith, who was having trouble with “a drunk” near Trolley Square in Salt Lake City.
