HOLMES, Judge.

The appellee-wife originally brought suit for divorce against appellant-husband in the Marshall County Circuit Court in May of 1972. The ground for divorce in the suit was incompatibility of temperament.

In addition to the divorce, the appellee sought permanent custody of the parties’ minor child, alimony and child support, certain personal property (household goods and furniture), the home owned by the parties as tenants in common, and a reasonable attorney’s fee.
