JACOBS, Justice:
Milton Taylor (“Taylor”), the defendant-below, appeals from the denial, by the Superior Court, of his motion for postcon-viction relief under Superior Court Criminal Rule 61. Following a trial in March 2001, a jury convicted Taylor of First Degree Murder. On July 6, 2001, he was sentenced to death. On appeal, Taylor raises eight claims of error. Seven of these claim ineffective assistance of counsel and related constitutional violations.
