As to the first appeal of the plaintiff herein, we think the court at Special Term erred in refusing plaintiff the right to examine the defendant as to items 12, 13 and 14 of her notice of motion, and that plaintiff was entitled to examine the defendant as to said items. Item 12 is with reference to the social standing of the defendant in the community wherein he resided during the times mentioned in the complaint.
