Li Ying Zheng, a citizen of China, illegally entered the United States in February 1999 and over seven years later applied for asylum and with-holding of removal. The immigration judge denied asylum and found her removable, and the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed her appeal and ordered her removed. This court docketed as No. 11-3081 Zheng’s timely petition for judicial review of the Board’s asylum and removal order.
