Affirming.
A. J. Lyons, a man seventy-four years of age and in feeble bealtb, was tbe owner of two notes, one for $2,-000.00 against Lawrence Rankin, and tbe other for $275.00, against Frank Kennedy. On eacb note there was past due interest. Lyons bad never been married and had no children. For many years be bad lived with bis sister, Cynthia Morrison.
