Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Mogavero, Jr., J.), entered January 15, 1988, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 7, to adjudicate respondent a person in need of supervision.

Respondent was born in 1974 in Maryland. The only child of divorced parents, he moved to New Mexico with his mother who, in 1980, remarried.
