Litchfield v. City of Brooklyn
New York City Court
Actions to restrain the collection of taxes reassessed under the act of 1883.
1Opinion of the Court
Clement, Ch. J.

I am inclined to hold on the authorities that the plea in abatement is not well taken. Oneida Co. Bank v. Bonney, 101 N. Y. 173; Mitchell v. Bunch, 2 Paige, 606, 620; Sharon v. Hill, 22 Fed.
