JOHN R. BROWN, Chief Judge:

This appeal seeks to determine the limit to which the non-governmental recipient of a consent judgment entered *307into as a part of a guilty plea bargain resulting in a suspended sentence under 18 U.S.C.A. § 3651 may force the judgment debtor to fulfill the conditions of that agreement. Because we find that the judgment debtor did all that was necessary to comply with the terms of his sentence, we reverse the revocation of his probation by the District Court.
