MR. JUSTICE DAYIS:

On June 29, 1954, the relator Estes pleaded guilty in the re*137■spondent justice court before tbe respondent justice of tbe peace for Boulder Township of Jefferson County to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was fined $150, surrendered his driver’s license, and went his way.
