This case is before the Court upon debtor’s objection to claims 11 and 12 filed by Resolution Trust Corporation n/k/a Standard Federal Savings Bank (“Standard Federal”) and upon Standard Federal’s motion to dismiss the ease. The Court held hearings on March 2, 1993, and May 18, 1993, on the motion to dismiss and entered an interim order denying the motion.
