American Rock Mechanics, Inc. (Amroc) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), affirming the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) grant of Christopher Bik’s (Claimant) claim petition against Am-roc. Because we agree that under the appropriate borrowed employee analysis Amroc was the responsible employer at the time of Claimant’s injury, we affirm.
