This is presented as a case coming under the Workmen’s Compensation Law of Texas, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St. art. 8306 et seq. Charles K. Odom instituted this suit against the Indemnity Insurance Company of North America, insurer of Gulf Refining Company (employer), to recover compensation by reason of an injury alleged to have been sustained by him in the course of his employment.
