DOYLE, Justice.

This appeal is from an action to recover damages for serious personal injuries suffered by appellee when the ear in which she was riding collided with a tractor-trailer truck. The trial court, without a jury, rendered judgment for the appellee upon various findings among which were that the collision in which plaintiff sustained her injuries was caused by the negligence of Garland Jack Dawson; that the appellee was not negligent; that plaintiff sustained damages in the collision as a result of her personal injuries in the amount of $218,000; and that the defendants were not…
