¶ 1. Levi Hogner and his insurer, NAU Country Insurance Company, appeal that portion of a judgment awarding punitive damages of $225,000 to LeRoy Strenke for a car accident that occurred when Hogner was driving while drunk. Hogner also appeals the trial court's denial of his motions for remittitur and a new trial.
