— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County *893(Harris, J.), rendered February 17,1981, upon a verdict convicting defendant of two counts of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and one count of the crime of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree. Defendant contends that the proof is insufficient to support the jury’s finding that he knowingly and unlawfully possessed a dangerous drug with intent to sell it (Penal Law, § 220:16, subd 1).
