SOPER, Circuit Judge.
A. L. Pastell, a veteran of the World War, brought this suit against the United States to recover automatic insurance benefits. The jury found that he became totally and permanently disabled while in the military service of the United States within 120 days after his induction into the army, and judgment against the defendant was accordingly entered.
