On April 25, 1923, Frank Kunde and Anna L. Kunde, the plaintiffs-appellants, purchased from Alice 0 ’Brian, the defendant-appellee, a house and lot in Ottumwa. The house was modern and contained eight rooms. This purchase was under a written contract naming a consideration of $4,800. Of that sum appellants paid appellee $1,000 in cash and the remaining portion of the consideration was to be paid at the rate of $50 per month.
