This appeal brings here for review an order denying an alternative motion for amended findings or a new trial after the trial court overruled objections interposed by the successor trustee and certain remaindermen to the account filed by the executrices of the first trustee of the trust created under the will of decedent. *209The questions involved' relate to what constituted income, profits, and net earnings of his estate given by testator to his widow and to the rules by which the amount thereof shall be determined.
