OPINION

ELLIS, Justice.

Appellee, Alief Alamo Bank, sued appellants, 8920 Corporation, and Leslie C. Bos-tick, president of 8920 Corporation, to recover damages incurred when appellants defaulted on two promissory notes. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of appellee. We affirm.

Appellants bring four points of error on appeal.
