Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (John A.K. Bradley, J.), rendered July 16, 1986, convicting defendant after a jury trial of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees, and sentencing him to concurrent, indeterminate terms of imprisonment of twenty years to life, four to twelve years, and one and one-third to four years, respectively, unanimously aflirmed.
