Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Coccoma, J.), entered April 12, 2001, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, to extend a prior order of supervision.

After finding that respondent neglected her seven-year-old son, Family Court released the child to the custody of his biological father under the supervision of petitioner for a period of one year and permitted respondent only supervised visitation in a January 2000 order recently affirmed by this Court (287 AD2d 831).
